How's each week works...

Each week is comprised of 5 modules, which include short videos to watch and action steps to take

Then we will gather together each week for a group Zoom call to celebrate our progress, brainstorm solutions to obstacles we face, and answer any questions.

Questions can be submitted ahead of time and Zoom calls will be recorded in case you are unable to attend.

Calls will be on Monday evenings at 7 pm (March 9, 16, 23, and 30).

To allow you to measure your progress and see what your highest priority needs are, you will have the opportunity to complete a Wellness Questionnaire prior to the start of the course and again at the end.

The cost is $150.

What others have said about this course...

Why did you take the class?

“I need to change/fix some areas in my life (weight, borderline high A1C level, irregular menstrual cycles), and I would prefer to do it naturally rather than with drugs and chemicals that would just cover issues and not fix them.”

“Interested in learning more about hormones. It gets overwhelming to look up information on my own.”

“I am always interested in learning health related topics”

“Looking for alternate ways to manage hormone imbalance symptoms related to PCOS without the need for medication.”

Is the cost worth it?

“Yes, I would consider it worth the money. It included a lot of helpful information, handouts that we can continue to use as we improve. The questionnaire report is useful. It was nice to actually get questions answered and talk with a group of people on the weekly call.”

Yes! Bargain compared to doctor visits and/or medication that may only deal with one symptom and create other symptoms.”

Most valuable parts of the course?

“It was good to learn how interconnected everything is, and that even small changes are beneficial. It was encouraging to see how many things we realistically can change to affect our health in positive ways. And I appreciated learning how and why those changes will help us.”

“I like having the handouts so I can refer to them in the future. I like your enthusiasm and the encouragement you provide.”

“How to address the foods I eat and when and how I eat these foods. Your encouragement to only take things slowly and not try to change everything overnight.”

“I think you did an amazing job answering our questions and providing recipes, additional resources, etc.”

Everyone’s contributions made the class extremely useful.”

Advice to people considering taking the course

“This is an excellent course for anyone who is looking to develop better habits and also wants to learn more about hormone health.”

“If you carve out some time to learn, then start making small changes, you can improve your health and how you feel about yourself.”

“Make sure to set aside an hour early in the week to go through the course material and also to prepare for the challenges.”

“If you want to eat healthy, develop some easy habits, and feel better – TAKE THE COURSE.”

I would love to have you join us!

When we come together in community to learn and hear from others there is an element of encouragement and support that we don’t have when we try to do this on our own.
