Learning how to nourish your body can be overwhelming, especially when there is such conflicting information out there about what is healthy and what is not. You may have been to doctors and tried other programs to get healthy and feel better, but nothing really provided relief or lasting change. Nutritional therapy is different.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help people learn how to nourish their bodies so that they have the energy needed in order to fully engage in life and love and support those around them. I help clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. I help the body obtain, absorb and utilize the nutrients it needs by optimizing nutrition and digestion. I do not diagnose or treat. I believe in Bio-individuality, meaning each person is unique in what foods are right for them and what nutrients they need. Individual needs are taken into account with each recommendation.

A Nourished Body is my signature package that allows us to dig in deeper to help you achieve your health goals. Through our private, one-on-one sessions, education as to how the body is designed, and specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations you will learn how to nourish your body so that you have the energy to fully engage in life!
I provide tools for assessing the body’s nutritional deficiencies and imbalances. Using that information, I help people learn to nourish their bodies through proper nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes. I help restore good health through a nutrient dense whole food way of eating, individually chosen for each client. I look at the big picture, investigating to find the root underlying cause of the issues, instead of just managing the symptoms.
