    Your videos are so insightful and practical! Thanks for sharing about how our bodies need to be relaxed to digest food to the best of its ability. How interesting that you can eat the healthiest foods, but if you aren’t slowing down enough to prepare your body to eat and to eat in a non-stressful state, you won’t absorb all of the beneficial nutrients. A good reason for us all to slow down when it comes to eating!
